The upcoming Jesus and Mary Chain single, the first in over a decade, will be released this coming January... and will be featured as part of the soundtrack to NBC's Heroes? Yep, it's pretty weird how the world works, these days. Having a song featured on a hit TV show isn't a bad way to get exposure and sell records, but it often leads to backlash from fans. Blah blah blah, selling out, blah blah blah. Starbucks. Blah. Anyhow, I'm excited for that single, and for the band's show at the Wiltern, where they'll be supported by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club.
