The Shins Announce Fall Tour Dates

It's hard for me to believe the Shins released an album this year (I just double-checked, and it did indeed come out in late January). It's been all but forgotten about by now. I guess people had grown a little weary of the band's popularity, in the post-Garden State era (good God, they must hate it now), but whatever you think about that film, the band's previous albums were very solid. I'm going to have to refresh myself on Wincing the Night Away this week. Anyways, I mention these dates because they've got some that are tantalizingly near where I reside (LA and Santa Barbara, respectively), and my roommate's a big fan, so we'll probably make it out to see them. Should be nice to see the Shaky Hands, as well. Thanks, P-fork!
