Okay, so everybody in America knows The Simpsons. I won't argue, it's a reasonably funny show. I can't watch it without laughing. However, I'm not addicted, by any means, and I don't have a tremendous desire to go and see the upcoming movie version...
Someone please tell me, then, how I (and hey -- a ton of other people) ended up waiting in line in Los Angeles last Sunday for nearly 20 minutes to walk into a 7-11 dressed up like a Kwik-E-Mart. A Kwik-E-Mart that was all out of Krusty-Os and Buzz Cola, no less. Now I just feel stupid. The overpriced donut was good, though.
