If I wasn’t already sad I don’t live in Austin, seeing that a film by some of my recent favorite filmmakers (Joe Swanberg’s Hannah Takes The Stairs, also featuring Andrew Bujalski and Mark Duplass) was premiering at SXSW made me rue my tragic (yeah, waaaah waah wahhh) Southern California location even more… However, luckily for us non-Texans (well, okay, I was born in Texas, but it’s been a good 18 years since I lived there) Hannah will be making its way to theaters on Aug. 22, via IFC First Look.
